Melinda Noack is a lady living in Oakland, but writing, editing, and advocating chips and salsa everywhere. Her book nerdom manifests in a past full of publishing work, a temple of books known as Lacuna for the Bay Area Book Festival, and the local writing group-DIY publisher, If I Told Napoleon. She has miraculously read for Nomadic Press, Get Lit! and The Hundy series among others. Her work has appeared in Zinesboro (Buy a broadside!), Two Lines Press, Oatmeal Magazine, The Cal Literature & Arts Magazine, and Troika Journal.
She once rode Amtrak around the country for 45 days.
